Returns & warranty
- Report damaged, wrong or missing items within 7 days of delivery, with unboxing photos/video.
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered from our supplier, unless unavailable (full refund).
- 100V Japanese appliances must be used with a suitable step-down transformer. Damage from direct 220V use is not covered.
- Refunds are made within 7 business days after the returned item is received and checked.
